Different Keys

Music is a chemical
reaction.
That always shocked me.
So much variety.

But still
so much common ground.
Between people and
the notes
that cross themselves
one after another
on the
staff
Do I even remember
How to make music anymore
Who can remember?

Is it like riding a bike,
where I'll never forget
Or will
it all
have to be
relearned?
